Show Management

The Council provides professional antiques show management services for charity antique shows. The Council provides professional antiques show management services for charity antique shows and currently manages three shows: the Washington Antiques Show, Litchfield County Antiques & Mid-Century Show and the Nantucket Historical Association Annual August Antiques Show.

As a not-for-profit the Antiques Council is able to offer its services at reasonable fees to charities and other not-for-profit sponsoring organizations such as historical associations. The Antiques Council’s experienced show management team provides a diverse skill set and participates in every facet of show management from dealer selection, show infrastructure and logistics (including show design and oversight of setup), public relations and marketing.

The Antiques Council also offers valuable advice on how to generate the greatest possible income for the charity through third party show underwriters. The combination of participation by dealers of the highest quality, efficient and professional management, and reasonable show management fees has lead to the long-term success of our shows and provided the greatest benefits to our clients.
